In real estate development, we distinguish between two types of services. As a Trade Developer, we carry out real estate projects from A to Z: from the acquisition of the land to the design architecture, from the management of the construction to the sale. As a Service Developer, we deal with the enhancement and redevelopment of existing properties on behalf of third-party investors.

Artisa Real Estate is the real estate fund of Artisa Group. It holds 100% of the shares of the companies that own properties in Switzerland and abroad, as well as the buildings that are part of the real estate portfolio or serve as a transition to Trade Development.
Additionally, it acts as a Joint Venture partner in foreign real estate investment ventures.

Artisa Developer

Artisa Developer: this is the guide for the group’s projects and is in charge of developing the business towards new future markets. It focuses on the research and acquisition of new real estate assets for development in Switzerland and abroad. It is the heart of the group, coordinating (costs, time and quality) the design, the construction, the relationship with investors and the marketing of the properties.

Artisa Architettura

Artisa Architettura: this is the architecture studio within the Group. It develops projects from the verification of the initial feasibility to the executive design phase, passing through the authorisation processes to the preparation of dossiers for the assignment of the works. It deals with both individual properties and areas, up to neighbourhoods. It operates either autonomously or with the support of external architects who can add value to the projects.

Evolve

Evolve is the multidisciplinary engineering studio that works closely with the Group. Evolve is based on innovation, comfort and sustainability, applied both to micro (buildings) and macro (territory) projects. By supporting the architecture and the General Contractor, it offers a complementary activity for the fields of the structures, the plant engineering systems of the buildings and the specialised consultancy (construction physics, acoustics and fire prevention).

G&A

G&A: this is the entity within the Group that operates in the construction sector with roles such as General Contractor or Total Contractor. It guarantees an approach characterised by integrity, transparency, reliable quality, compliance with deadlines and professional level cost management, both for new buildings and renovated buildings on different scales: from the single building to the neighbourhood.

Artisa Real Estate is the real estate fund of the Artisa Group. It owns 100% of the shares of the real estate companies in Switzerland and abroad, in addition to the properties in the portfolio and those related to the transition towards Trade Development. It is also a partner in joint ventures for real estate investments abroad.

Artisa immobiliare

Artisa Immobiliare: deals with Property and Facility Management. It has a well-established experience in property management, taking care of income-producing properties, as well as providing excellent intermediation and consultancy services. The expertise extends to managing complex situations such as co-ownership.

City Pop

CityPop: it is an innovative approach to life that is future-proof. It is the company that manages the chain of fully furnished apartments, from 21 to 83 m2, to be rented for periods ranging from 4 to 52 weeks, and whose reservation takes place with the same ease with which a hotel room is booked. CityPop is a place where we ourselves would like to be, it is a philosophy of life.

It deals with operational aspects, understood in terms of accounting and controlling, marketing and communication, IT and digitalisation, as well as the management of human capital and the development of the business in alignment with emerging trends. It is the operational heart of the Group.
