Group

The group’s history began in 1968, when Franco Artioli founded Genazzi e Artioli in the Canton Ticino. His entrepreneurship and determination over the years transformed a small company specializing in metal construction into a significant player in the Swiss real estate sector. This legacy was proudly passed down first to his son Stefano and then to his grandson Alain, both of whom have contributed significantly to the growth and success of the group, consolidating its position in the market.

Our development goals

With an awareness of the challenges ahead and the approach guiding our actions, Artisa Group has outlined three development objectives crucial to pursuing our vision and contributing to the sustainable growth of the real estate sector.

The first objective is focused on deepening our commitment to the Swiss territory, which remains our reference market. We aim to consolidate our position as developers and real estate operators, leveraging our experience, deeply rooted in Ticino, but extending throughout the country. Artisa, Evolve, and G&A are the entities leading this initiative, contributing to shaping the Swiss real estate landscape.

The second objective focuses on Europe, particularly through our operational entity City Pop. With a view beyond national borders, we aim to consolidate our presence on European level, prioritizing strategic partnerships and targeted joint ventures. This perspective allows us to not only diversify our activities, but also contribute actively to the development of communities and urban areas in major European cities.

The third objective is geared towards local enhancement and involves the entity San Bernardino Mountain Leisure. We aim to transform the village of San Bernardino into a year-round active Alpine destination. With a respectful approach to local roots and the surrounding environment, we are committed to creating a space that not only enriches the community but also becomes a reference point for those seeking authentic experiences in an Alpine setting.
